Norbert Gall
Norbert “Norm” Gall, 80, of rural Cadott, passed away Saturday morning, June 22, 2019, in the loving care of his wife and St. Joseph’s Hospice.

Norbert John Gall was born March 27, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the son of Elmer and Ann (Rasac) Gall. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Chicago, and also attended its parochial school. He graduated high school in Chicago. Norm worked at Twin Oaks Diary in Chicago before moving to Fairchild where he farmed. He later moved to Brackett and at this time he took a position at Menard’s Distribution Center, where he worked over 10 years before retiring. Norm was united in marriage to Judith (Burger) Lewallen on January 16, 1998, in Eau Claire. The couple lived in Brackett until moving to their present home in Sigel Township, rural Cadott. While in Cadott he continued to farm by raising beef cattle. Norm loved farming and tending to his cattle, he also had a fondness for his house pets, especially his cat Maggie and little dog Buddy. Norm also enjoyed playing the lottery and watching Western movies. 

Norm will be dearly and deeply missed by Judy, his beloved wife of 21 years; step-daughter, Donna and Art Fish of Janesville; 3 step-sons, Kevin and Nicole Lewallen of Stanley, Jason Lewallen of Fountain City, Charles “Chuck” Lewallen (Nicole Stamp) of Marshfield; step-daughter-in-law, Robin Lewallen (Myron) Olson of Augusta; 15 step-grandchildren and 8 step-great grandchildren; brother, Elmer Gall of Rodgers, Arkansas; sister Rita Allured of Arizona; brother-in-law, David and Patricia Berger of Chippewa Falls; several nieces and nephews. Norm was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Maryann and Herman Froemel; sister-in-law, Felice Gall; and step-son, Micheal Lewallen. 

  A visitation will be held Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:15pm at the Anderson Funeral Home in Augusta, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 4:15 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery in Augusta. 

He will be deeply missed by his three step-sons, Kevin (Nicole) of Cadott, Jason of Stanley, N.D., Charles of Boyd; daughter, Donna (Arthur) Fish of Emerald Grove; 15 grandchildren; Micheal Jr., Chris, Brittany, Gage and Casey Lewallen, Eric Carlson, Erin Fish, Brianna, Hunter and Carter Lewallen, Jordan Laufenberg, Teri and Isabella Lewallen, Brandon and Macayla Lewallen;
