Jason Gadke
Jason James Gadke, known to family and friends as “J”, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

Jason was born May 22, 2005, in Chippewa Falls, WI, the son of Robert and Camielle Gadke. He was raised in Chippewa County in the Chippewa Falls, Stanley, Cornell and Cadott area before moving to Augusta in 2022.

Jason and his brother were both hired at the opening of the A&W Restaurant in Altoona. He had recently changed jobs and was enjoying the opportunity working with DJ’s Concrete out of Eau Claire.

As a young teen Jason with his brothers had always enjoyed working with motors, especially working on trucks, cars and motorcycles. He loved the sound and performance he could get out of the motors when he was finished. He and his brother Justin were both interested in computers and together they spent many hours building computers and then installing and playing various computer games.

Unfortunately Jason’s life was too short here on earth at just 19 years, but his family graciously saw to it that Jason was an organ and tissue donor to many deserving individuals, with the hope that they will be able to live on and lead healthy and happy lives. Jason was a caring and giving soul and they knew he would of wanted that.

Jason touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by his parents, Robert and Camielle of Augusta; 4 brothers, Jordan of Cadott, Justin, James and Joseph all of Augusta; 4 sisters, Symphony Gadke (Austin Heller), Nevaeh, Kyira and Amelia Gadke all of Augusta; great niece Reece Gadke; paternal grandparents, Jim and Jodi Gadke of Cornell; 3 cousins, Ariel Nagel and Alex Nagel of Stanley, Alley Nagel of Stanley.

Jason was preceded in death by his niece Evelynn Gadke.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024, one 1 to 5 p.m. at 113 W. Grant Street, the stone barn across from the Anderson Funeral Home.
