Gerald James Starck, 70, of rural Augusta, passed away in hospice care and surrounded by his mother and dear friends on Monday evening, October 21, 2024.
Gerald was born August 11, 1954, in Eau Claire to James and Delores (Schiefelbein) Starck. Gerald lived all of his life on the family farm in Ludington Township, rural Augusta. He was baptized, confirmed and life long member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ludington. He attended White Country School, Augusta Elementary and graduated from Augusta High School with the class of 1972.
Following high school he attended college for a year and then started working for Heekin Can Company in Augusta.
